Responsibilities:

Lead the Analysis, Design, Build and Testing effort to implement a new database.

Lead the analysis of production issues, determining Root Cause and permanent counter measures.

Document current systems Designs\Interfaces and changes to systems.

Document test results and communicate to Project Manager.

Create test data that can be used to confirm quality of system changes.

Create status reports and communicate issues to Project Manager.

Analyze, design, construct and test components of new Demand/Capacity Balancing system.

Level 2 support of Capacity/Balancing System once implemented.

Coding, testing, trouble shooting and status reporting of application interfaces
